October 16, 1903 - September 17, 1966
Huey Wayland David, 62 died Saturday in a hospital in Little Rock. He was a native of Calhoun County, and had lived in Little Rock for several years. He is survived by his wife Mrs. Mae Dell Hern Davis; one son, Kenneth Davis of Plainfield, New Jersey; one daughter Mrs. J. B. Leners, Peru, Indiana; one stepson, Ronnie Russell of Pine Bluff and a stepdaughter, Miss Margaret Russell of Little Rock; one sister, Mrs. Nettie Martindale of New Edinburgh and three grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon at 2 in the chapel of Benton Funeral Home in Fordyce. Burial will be in Camden Memorial Park. (Camden News - September 19, 1966)
