Colquette Cemetery is located in a farm field west of Walnut Ridge, Lawrence Co., AR, appx. 0.50 m. north of US Highway 412 on Lawrence County Road 445. The cemetery is a short distance from the west end of the airstrip for Hammock Flying Service and consists of two small areas. One area is enclosed by an iron fence as shown in this photograph. The other part is a stack of stones gathered from the original cemetery by the land owner and thrown together on a high spot in the farm field, with the stones now repaired and reset but not able to be returned to their original positions. The two areas are about 50 yards apart. This was once one cemetery; for clarity they are shown as part one and part two.
This photo was taken in 2018 and represents the clean-up and restoration that has been done.
