Howard Wayne Satterfield, 62, of Springdale, Arkansas, died, Thursday, November 15, 2012 in Springdale.
He was an Army Veteran and a retired Truck Driver.
He was born December 22, 1949 in Ozark, Arkansas to Dean and Ruby Verner Satterfield.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, November 17, 2012 at Shaffer Funeral Home with Reverend Gerald Morris officiating with burial at Oak Ridge Cemetery in Ozark, under the direction of Shaffer Funeral Home.
He is survived by his wife, Charlotte Satterfield of Springdale, Arkansas; four daughters, Amy James of Coal Hill, Arkansas, Gina Davenport of Fort Loenardwood, Missouri, Sherry Neal of Clarksville, Arkansas and Kristy Laster of Linden, Texas; two sons, John Satterfield of Coal Hill and Lewis Hedges of Springdale; one brother, John Satterfield of Coal Hill; six sisters, Shirley Weathers, Mona Isenhart and Becky Muldoon all of Coal Hill, Danna Waits of Lenexa, Kansas, Lanora Vaught of Hartman, Arkanasas and Amber Reynolds of Clarksville; fourteen grandchildren.
The family will visit with friends from 6:00 – 8:00 PM, Friday, November 16, 2012 at Shaffer Funeral Home 2315 W. Commercial in Ozark.
Pallbearers are Randy Waits, Kevin Muldoon, Lewis Hedges, Ray Laster, Boone Conquest, Michael Walker and Eric James. Honorary are John Helmert, Pat Warren, Bob Wilson, Eddie Carter, Robert Wall, Sonny Bartlett, Ronnie Grigsby and Martin Kirk.
