BENTONVILLE — William Gary Bowman, 59, of Bentonville died Dec. 10, 2000, at Bates Medical Center in Bentonville. He was born March 14, 1941, in Bentonville to Paul and Maureen Webb Bowman. He was a motorman for Rowan Drilling Corp in Houston, Texas. He attended Word of Life Fellowship in Bentonville and was an Air Force veteran. He was a graduate of Rogers High School and a life resident of Benton County.
Survivors include his wife, Deloris Bowman of the home; one son, Gary Michael Bowman of Rogers; four daughters, Lisa Cain and Lora Green, both of Richardson, Texas, Kelly and Jamie Green, both of Bentonville; his mother, Maureen Sanders of Bentonville; one sister, Paula Bowman of Bentonville; six grandchildren.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Tucks Chapel Church with burial in Tucks Chapel Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. today at Burns Funeral Home in Bentonville.
