Karla June Kirkpatrick age 57, of Houston, TX passed away April 14, 2015 at University General Hospital in Houston, TX. She was born December 14, 1957 in Bethlehem, PA to Monroe and Roberta (Rawlins) Kirkpatrick.
Karla was a devout Christian and participated in numerous mission trips around the world doing the Lords work. She was formerly employed as an auditor for the Internal Revenue Service for over 15yrs.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, William M. Kirkpatrick.
Those left to cherish her memory are one sister, Patricia Pettit and husband, Jeff of Allen, TX; two nephews, William P. Kirkpatrick and wife, Sylvia of Leesburg, VA; Marcus Pettit of Plano, TX; one niece, Morgan Pettit also of Plano, TX; two great nephews, Gavin and Gabriel both of Leesburg, VA and host of friends.
Visitation will be 5-7PM Friday evening at the funeral home.
Services will be at 10:00 AM Saturday, April 18, 2015 at Bailey Funeral Home Chapel in Magnolia. Burial will follow at Magnolia Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Bailey Funeral Home of Magnolia
