No birth date is listed on the gravstone; however, his World War I Draft Registration Card shows a birth date of November 9, 1889.
Charles Robert "Bob" Caststeel died from pneumonia in France while serving in World War I. His body was originally interred in France, but was returned to the United States for burial in late November 1920.
Married Lizzie Lemon, July 18, 1914, in Baxter County, Arkansas.
Son of John Henry Preston Caststeel & Laura C. Heiskill Caststeel.
