*Obituary
Samuel Orsborn, 69, of Route 2, Mt. Home, died Wednesday at a local hospital. He was a resident of the Buford community south of Mt. Home.
Funeral services are set for today (Thursday) at 3PM at the Buffalo Mennonite Church, south of Mt. Home. Rev. Wayne Yoder, pastor of the church will officiate.
Interment will be in the Heiskill Cemetery at Buffalo, under the direction of the McClure Service.
A longtime resident of Baxter County, Mr. Orsborn was a retired caretaker and agent for the Missouri Pacific Railway Company.
He was born March 20, 1896, at Marshall, IL, the son of Salmuel Orsborn and Malinda Rouse Orsborn. He was a member of the Mennonite Church.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Sarah Orsborn of Mt. Home; a son, Daryll Wayne Orsborn of Mt. Home; five daughter, Mrs. Allean Knight of Mt. Home, Mrs. Vivian Morgigno, Mrs. Wilma Lou Fenton and Mrs. Donna Lucille Samora, all of Denver, CO and Mrs. Sarah Su Rollin of Mt. Home; 20 grandchildren; a brother, Curtis Orsborn of St. Louis, MO and two sisters, Mrs. Hazel Orsborn Tate of St. Louis and Mrs. Jewell Orsborn Black of Pensacola, FL.
