John W. Sinor, 80, a retired farmer of the Buffalo community, Route 2, Mt. Home, died Wednesday of last week at Grandview, WA.
The son of George and Mary Crownover Sinor, he was born in Baxter County on Feb 5, 1893, and was a lifetime resident of the county. His wife, Mrs. Lona Bell Sinor, died on Dec 10, 1962.
Survivors include three sons, Claude and Wilford of Grandview and Lawrence of Kansas City, MO; two daughters, Mrs. Ottilene Parker of Whittier, CA and Mrs. Juanita Cockrum of Grandview; a brother, Douglas Sinor of Seminole, OK and 22 grandchildren.
Rev. Wayne Yoder, pastor of the Buffalo Mennonite Church, conducted the funeral service last Saturday at the McClure Chapel. Interment was n the Heiskill Cemetery at Buffalo, under the direction of the McClure Service.
Pallbearers were Dean Sinor, Lowell Sinor, Larry D. Sinor, W.C. Fletcher, Jerry Sinor and Loy Sinor.
