Delmas E Parsons, who resided in Paris, Arkansas, departed to his Heavenly home Sunday, February 12, 2012 at his home. He was born February 6, 1936 in St Louis Valley in Logan County to Robert Parsons and Harriettie (Moore) Parsons. He was 76 years old. He was also preceded in death by granddaughter Chelsey; great-granddaughter Kaelyn; and brother Raymond Parsons.
Delmas was a retired salesman for Midwest Upholstery Supply Company in Fort Smith, served in the US Army National Guard, was an avid sportsman and Razorback fan, and member of First Assembly of God in Paris.
He is survived by daughter, Beverly English and husband Eddie of Subiaco; sons, Steve Parsons and wife Marie, Brett Parsons, and Del Parsons and wife Amanda, all of Paris; step-daughter, Kim Kolb and husband James of Cecil; sister, Linda Mason of Ozark; brother, Lindell Parsons of Midway; his companion and best friend, Sharon Farmer of Paris; grandchildren, Crystal, Brittany, Tina, Joey, Ally, Kaley, Shania, and Clayton; three great-grandchildren, Allissa, Troy, and Christopher.
Pallbearers will be Chuck Parsons, Michael Parsons, James Parsons, Gary Birge, Van Rogers, and Neal Wade.

Honorary pallbearers will be all of his buddies at Bob Rogers Chevrolet in Paris.
