Cecil Keith age 69 of Russellville, Arkansas passed away Tuesday August 8, 2017. He was born August 31, 1947 in Elmirage, Arizona to George and Tildy Horn Keith. Cecil was an Army Vietnam Veteran. He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister.
