Charles Wayne Bryant, age 48 of Center Ridge, passed away Saturday, September 12, 2009 in Little Rock. Mr. Bryant was born January 2, 1961 in Morrilton to Hershel and Anna Lorene Thompson Bryant. Charles Wayne was an avid sportsman who especially loved fishing. He was a devoted friend and a beloved son, father, grandfather. He was preceded in death by his mother, Anna Lorene Bryant an infant sister Marion Ann Bryant and sister Betty Anders. Survivors include a daughter Amanda Michelle Bryant of Tulsa, Oklahoma; his son Jeremy William Bryant (Patricia) of Holland, Michigan; two daughters Nikki Bryant of Little Rock; and Dainna Marie Bryant of Augusta, Georgia; his father, Hershel Bryant of Center Ridge; sisters, Patricia Ferricher of Searcy; Mary Jean Paladino (Nathan); Karen Paladino and Sue Barnes (Cecil); brothers, William Bryant (Barbara), Hershel Bryant, Jr. and Odus Lynn Bryant (Terry) all of Center Ridge; eight grandchildren; a special friend May Bryan and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be Wednesday, September 16, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. at Grandview Church of Christ in Center Ridge with Jeremy William Bryant officiating. Interment will be in the Center Ridge Cemetery by Harris Funeral Home of Morrilton. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
