Robert Edward Huddleston age 66 of Dardanelle died Wednesday, February 19, 2014 at Saint Mary’s Regional Medical Center. He was born September 9, 1947 at Sherill, AR to Ernest and Evelyn Bailey Huddleston. He was of the Pentecostal Faith and loved to play music. He was preceded in death by his father, Ernest “Rooster” Huddleston; two brothers, Charles Lavan Huddleston, Ernest “Dodge” Huddleston; two sisters, Carol Coffman, Shirley Bagwell.
Survivors include his mother, Evelyn Huddleston Latham of Dardanelle; sisters, Peggy Whitehead of Anton, TX, Teresa Smith and husband Randy of Danville; one brother, Lavan Huddleston of Dardanelle and a host of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00P.M., Saturday, February 22, 2014 at Cornwell Chapel in Dardanelle with Bro. Denver Robinson officiating.
Burial will be in Trinity Lutherine Cemetery. Visitation will be held Saturday, 1:00P.M. to 2:00P.M. at the chapel prior to the service.
Pallbearers will be Jeffry Coffman, Nathan Bagwell, Zach Mathis, Hunter Coffman, Trevor Cooper and Jacob Coffman.
Honorary Pallbearers will be John Freeman, Wayne Wimbush, Charlie George and Bob Richie.
Arrangements are by Cornwell Funeral Home in Dardanelle.
(Burial is not in Trinity Lutherine Cemetery but in Petit Jean Mountain that adjoins the Trinity Lutherine Cemetery)
