Rosa E Carlock was born on July 5, 1880, in Conway, Arkansas. She married Blanchard B Mcelroy and they had five children together. She also had three sons and four daughters with Marion Hale. She also had three daughters from another relationship. She died in 1977 in De Witt, Arkansas, at the age of 97.
