FARMINGTON — James E. Jamerson, 88, of Farmington, died Wednesday, Oct. 19, 2011, at his home. He was born Dec. 16, 1922, at Mount Vernon, Ill., the son of Paul Milton and Delia Alice Lisenby Jamerson.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Pauline Jamerson; a granddaughter; and two brothers.

He was the retired owner of Jamerson Plumbing and a member of White Rock Light of Faith Church. He served in the United States Navy.

He is survived by a daughter, Sharon Robinson and her husband, David, of Farmington; two sons, Paul Jamerson and his wife, Debbie, of Jacksonville, Ark., and Bobby Jamerson and his wife, Anita, of Farmington; a sister, Pauline Carlton of Mount Vernon, Ill.; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be 5 to 7 p.m. today, Oct. 21, at Moore's Chapel.

Graveside service will be 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 22, at Farmington Cemetery, under the direction of Moore's Chapel.

FARMINGTON — Pauline "Nora" Jamerson, 79, of Farmington died Nov. 10, 2002, at her home. She was born Aug. 17, 1923, at Cass to Virgil and Lillie Mae Pierce Cartwright. She was a homemaker and belonged to the Pentecostal Church.

Survivors include her husband, James E. Jamerson; two sons, Bobby Jamerson of Farmington and Paul Jamerson of Jacksonville; one daughter, Sharon Robinson of Farmington; one brother, Bobby R. Cartwright of Bixby, Okla.; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Farmington Cemetery with the Rev. H.M. Shipp officiating.

Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today at Moore's Chapel in Fayetteville.

Memorials may be made to Washington Regional Medical Center Hospice, 34 W. Colt Square, Suite 1, Fayetteville, 72703.

My Grandmother, Pauline, the daughter of Lillie Mae [Pierce] and Virgil Ray Cartwright.
[Great-Grandmother] Lillie is buried in Patrick Cemetery, Patrick, Madison, AR; and [Great-Grandfather] Virgil is buried in Baptist Ford Cemetery, Greenland, Washington, AR.
