James Wilfred "Moe" Moseley Sr., 75 of El Dorado, AR, died on Sunday, July 13, 2014 at his residence.

Born on October 22, 1938 in El Dorado, AR; he was the son of Wilfred and Annie Pearl Smith Moseley.
James was of the Baptist faith. He was also a member of the Ware Deer Camp and Delaware Tribe of Indians.
James retired from the El Dorado Fire Department as an Assistant Fire Chief after 20 years in 1980.
He then worked for Lion Oil Refinery as a safety engineer for 27 years retiring in 2007.
James was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors are his wife of 55 years Phadra Ann Moseley of El Dorado, a daughter Tina Butterfield (Scott) of Norphlet, AR, a son James W. Moseley Jr. (Donna) of Smackover, AR, his sisters Jo Ann Young of Shreveport, LA and Geraldine Thurman (Dick) of Bernice, LA, along with 6 grandchildren Christie Galusha (Clarke), Amber Butterfield, Sarah Pumphrey (Marcus), Brandon Butterfield, Michael Moseley (Lannon), and Mark Moseley (Emily), and 6 great grandchildren with one on the way.

The family will receive friends Tuesday evening at Young's Funeral Directors from 6 PM to 8 PM.

Funeral services will be at 10:00 am, Wednesday, July 16, 2014 in the chapel of Young's Funeral Directors with Rev. Bob Inmon officiating. Interment will follow at Smackover Cemetery under the direction of Young's Funeral Directors.

Moe's family would like to thank the staff of LifeTouch Hospice and Lynne Cameron for the loving care and support they have provided to Moe.
