Charles T. Carroll, 84, of Little Rock, Arkansas passed away on August 29, 2012. Charles was born January 9, 1928, in Vilonia, Arkansas. He married Sybil Graddy on September 9, 1950.

He served in the US Army, worked 27 years at the LR Water Works, and 14 years with the Dept. of Defense. After retiring, he continued to work with Coulson Oil and Access Group. He was a longtime member of Lions Club. He and Sybil have been members of Immanuel Baptist Church for over 59 years, serving there in numerous ways from driving the bus to deacon.

He is survived by his wife Sybil; sister, Faydene Hanna; son, Brian (Dawne) Carroll and daughter, Cheri (Brent) Stevenson; grandchildren, Ted (Mindy) Carroll, Micah (Daniel) Wiginton, Cate (Kevin) Crosland, and Clay Carroll; six great-grandsons, Jude, Cale, Tate, Ben, Isaac, Gage; and a large number of family and friends.

Memorial Services will be held Saturday, September 1, 2012, at 10 a.m., at Immanuel Baptist Church with Dr. Gary Hollingsworth presiding. The family will receive friends following the service. Memorials may be made to Immanuel Baptist Church, 501 North Shackleford Road, Little Rock.
