THOMAS, Mrs. Joe H. (GANN) - Mrs. Joe H. Thomas died at the family home west of Gentry last Thursday afternoon following a short illness, age forty years, six months and six days. Funeral services were conducted on Sunday afternoon by Rev. A.N. Stanfield with interment in the Flint cemetery. The deceased, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Mary Gann, was born in Garfield, Ark. March 21, 1888 and moved to Gentry at about ten years of age. She was united in marriage to J.H. Thomas May 10, 1910 and to this union were born five children, all of whom, with the husband, survive her. They are Artie, 16, Freda, 13, Joseph, 8, Leon, 4, and Reva, 3. The bereaved ones have the sympathy of all in their sad hour.
