When Ruth Anne Crafton was born on July 28, 1953, in Fort Knox, Kentucky, her father, Gerald, was 35, and her mother, Elonda, was 33. She had one sister. She died on October 9, 1991, in Hardin, Kentucky, at the age of 38, and was buried in Corning, Arkansas.
