Mar 16, 1870 - July 28, 1963
Mrs. Drucilla Samons died in Ann Arbor, Mich., on Sunday, July 28. Mrs. Samons was 93 and was a native of Supply. She had resided with her daughter, Mrs. Bertha Motsinger, for the past seven years.
Survivors other than Mrs. Motsinger are three sons, Jim Samons of Lebanon, Mo., Gilbert Samons of Corning and Jordan Samons of Osceola; another daughter, Mrs. Dorothy Knowlton of Hayward, Calif., 22 grandchildren, and many great-grandchildren. Four sons preceded her in death. They were Tom, Coleman, Ernest, and Harry.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. today at the Free Will Baptist Church and burial will be in Corning Cemetery under direction of Russell-Ermert Funeral Service.
