Thursday, January 6, 1927
Ike Gadberry died at his home in Cherokee City Thursday. He had been in poor health for a number of years. Surviving are his mother, Mrs. Sophia Gadberry; two sisters, Mrs. Ben Medley and Mrs. Frank Welch, Cherokee City; a brother, Pleas Gadberry, Amarillo, Texas and J.C. January, a half brother, Gentry.
