Frederick Simpson Bartlett of Vilonia was born on July 31, 1940 in Quitman, Arkansas to Tom and Annie Lindsey Bartlett. He passed away peacefully surrounded by family in his Vilonia home on September 18, 2015 at the age of 75 years.
He was a sheet metal machine operator and a member of the Highway 89 Full Gospel Church. He enjoyed fishing and hunting.
He was preceded in death by his parents Tom and Annie Bartlett, a son Timothy Bartlett four sisters Ruth Johnson, Lorene Holmes, Alma Holmes and Maxine Bartlett and two brothers Parnell Bartlett and Elba Bartlett. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Sharon Presley Bartlett, four brothers Edwin, Bartlett, Hubert Bartlett, Earl Bartlett all of Quitman and Loy Bartlett of Heber Springs, two daughters Sherry Bartlett and Tammy Bartlett Crossen, son in law Dale Crossen of Vilonia and his five grandchildren, Zach Crossen, Kara Martin, Katelynn Crossen, Kayleigh Gwatney and Austin Gwatney.
Visitation will be on Sunday, September 20, 2015 from 5:00 until 7:00 PM at Family Funeral Service and Funeral Services will be in Family Funeral Chapel on Monday, September 20, 2015 at 1:00 P.M. with Interment in Colony Cemetery.
