CENTERTON — K. Troy Carlson, 48, of Centerton, Ark., passed away on Jan. 8, 2011, in Centerton, Ark. He was born Sept. 19, 1962, in Joplin, Mo., to Kenneth A. and Isabell Carlson.
He was a graduate of Rogers High School and graduated from Arkansas State University with a bachelor of science degree. He had been a self-employed independent agent with Farmers Insurance Group for 20 years.
Survivors include his mother, Isabell Carlson of Rogers, Ark.; two sisters, Tamara and her husband, Kevin Waguespack, of Kingwood, Texas, Traci and her husband, David Geyer, of Bellaire, Texas; and four nephews, Evan and Colin Waguespack and Charles and William Geyer.
Funeral mass will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 15, at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Rogers.
A visitation will be held from 6 until 8 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 14, at Rollins Funeral Home Chapel. Services are under the direction of Rollins Funeral Home of Rogers.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mercy Medical Center of Rogers, Ark.; The American Heart Association; or, to: St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church Building Fund.
