BENTONVILLE — Charles Edward Mack Musteen, infant son of Angela and Nick Musteen of Bentonville, was born and died July 7, 2004.
Survivors include his parents of Bentonville; four siblings, Morgan, Lexie, Matt and Evan Musteen, all of the home; grandparents, Jerry Musteen of Bentonville, Mary and Joe Collins of Rogers and Wiley and Marylin Gray of Lowell.
A graveside service was held July 8 at St. Vincent Cemetery in Rogers.
