Kenneth Earl Fletcher age 68 of Heber Springs, Arkansas died Tuesday, July 23, 2013 at his home. He was born December 17, 1944 in Gillette, Arkansas. He was the son of the late Thomas Jefferson Fletcher and Ebrena Connor Fletcher. He was self employed and retired from his catfish catering business. He also had a roofing and gutter business for many years.
Kenneth was a faithful member of the General Assembly and Church of the Firstborn. He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers, Willard Fletcher, Jeffie Junior Fletcher and Billy Tom Fletcher.
Survivors include his wife Carolyn Joan McFerrin Fletcher of 51 years as they were married on July 21, 1962, one son Kenny Fletcher and Lisa Blackmon of DeWitt, Arkansas, two daughters Lori Fletcher Watkins and husband Cliff of White Hall, Arkansas and Monica Fletcher Patterson and husband Tommy of Heber Springs, Arkansas. Four grandchildren Kolby Fletcher of DeWitt, Matthew and Lindsey Patterson of Heber Springs, Arkansas and Haley Watkins of White Hall, Arkansas, three great grandchildren Paezlee and Ryvre Baker Patterson of Heber Springs, Arkansas and Remington Fletcher of DeWitt, Arkansas, two brothers Gene Fletcher and wife Leona of Stuttgart, Arkansas, Jimmy Dale Fletcher of White Hall, Arkansas and three sisters Wilma Cox and husband Coy of DeWitt, Arkansas, Ann Lockwood and husband John of Bristol, Tennessee and Linda Robinson of Stuttgart, Arkansas and a host of relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 27, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. in the General Assembly and Church of the Firstborn in DeWitt, Arkansas by Bro. Floyd Garrett and Bro Chester Davis
