Randal Talmai Sutterfield, beloved husband, beloved father, beloved son, beloved brother, beloved uncle, beloved youth pastor, beloved co-worker in Christ, age 35 of Big Flat, Arkansas passed from this life on Thursday, August 07, 2014. He was born in Fayetteville, Arkansas on December 18, 1978 to Talmai and Debbie (Curbow) Sutterfield.
Randal was the Youth Pastor at Harriet Assembly of God Church. He worked at Ozark Bearing Supply in Harrison, Arkansas for many years. Randal will be remembered as a wonderful encourager. He took great pride in his work as Youth Pastor with the teenagers at Harriet Assembly and was always encouraging them to "be ready" for the coming of the Lord. He loved to play music and sing and worshipped the Lord playing his bass guitar. Randal loved his family dearly. He enjoyed working the family farm in Big Flat alongside his dad and spending time with his boys, hunting, fishing and riding the four-wheeler.
Survivors include his wife, Whitney Lynn Sutterfield of the home; four sons, Walker Eli Talmai Sutterfield, Ryan Matthew Sutterfield, Caleb Joel Sutterfield and Ethan Jeremiah Sutterfield; parents, Talmai and Debbie Sutterfield of Big Flat; sister, Talena Kay Johnson and husband Marc of Oklahoma City, OK; niece, Olivia Kay Johnson; and two nephews, Benjamin Aaron Johnson and Garrett Marcus Johnson.
Funeral services for Randal will be 2:00 PM Monday, August 11, 2014 at Roller-Coffman Funeral Home in Marshall, Arkansas with Bro. Donnie Horton and Bro. Marc Johnson officiating. Burial will be in Big Flat Cemetery in Big Flat, Arkansas.
Pallbearers will be Daniel Kyle, Adam Kyle, Jeremy Nuckles, Jerry Liggett, Russell Horton and Marc Johnson. Honorary pallbearers will be the youth of Harriet Assembly of God Church.
For those who would like to help, please make donations to the Trust Fund set up for Whitney and their boys at any branch of The Bank of the Ozarks under the name of Whitney Sutterfield.
