FAYETTEVILLE — Brandon Lee Ingram, age 23, of Fayetteville, died May 12, 2011, as a result of an automobile accident. He was born April 14, 1988, in Springdale, Ark., the son of Ronald Ingram Jr. and Melissa Mabry Ingram.
He was employed at Kimball and Thompson Produce. Brandon graduated from Springdale High School in 2006. He played in the 2005 State Championship Game for Springdale High School. Along with playing football, Brandon enjoyed playing basketball, exercising, spending time with his nephew, Gunner, and his niece, Knoxie, and hanging out with his friends, which were many.
He was preceded by his paternal grandfather, Ronald Ingram Sr.; and many great-grandparents, especially Nanny Watkins.
Brandon is survived by his parents of Fayetteville; one sister, Ashley Pound and her husband, Richard, of Fayetteville; his paternal grandmother, Mary Nell Whorton, of Springdale; his maternal grandparents, Wayne and Barbara Mabry, of Fayetteville; and his nephew, Gunner Pound and his niece, Knoxie Pound. Brandon was loved by many people and impacted many lives.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, May 17, 2011, at 2 p.m. at Faith Regular Baptist Church in Elm Springs with Rev. Gary Jewell officiating. Burial will follow in White Oak Cemetery under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation will be Monday, May 16, 2011, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Hunter Collier, Drew Pianalto, Austin Pianalto, Nick Briggs, Brian Lloyd, Travis Perry, Tony Mayes and Trevor Hutchens. Honorary pallbearer will be Mason Price.
