SILOAM SPRINGS — Chris Alan Blaine, 48, of Siloam Springs died Dec. 5, 2010, at Siloam Springs Memorial Hospital. He was born Aug. 13, 1962, in Oklahoma City, Okla, to Tracy and Nina Harrington Blaine. He worked for the Benton County Road Department as a grader operator and was a certified airplane mechanic.
Survivors include his wife, Connie; a son, Cody Blaine of Siloam Springs; a daughter, Laramie Blaine of Siloam Springs; his mother, Nina Blaine of Siloam Springs; and a sister, Holly Shackleford and husband, Butch, of Fayetteville.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Wasson Funeral Home in Siloam Springs.
Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Burial will follow at Falling Springs Cemetery in Decatur.
