June 25, 1859 - December 6, 1935
When Mary Elizabeth Crawley was born on June 25, 1859, in Washington, Arkansas, her father, William, was 31 and her mother, Ibba, was 33. She married Alexander "Elic" Caton on November 13, 1881, in Washington, Arkansas. They had nine children in 21 years. She died on December 6, 1935, in Prairie Grove, Arkansas, at the age of 76, and was buried in Strickler, Washington County, Arkansas.
