TULSA, Okla. — Jeffery Lynn Liner, 54, of Tulsa died July 14, 2008, at St. Francis Hospital.
He was a 1971 graduate of Will Rogers High School. He attended the University of Arkansas. He earned a B.S. degree and a M.S. degree in geology. He was a former employee of Cities Service, Mitchell Energy and Panther Energy. His interests included astronomy, physics and computing. He was gifted at poetry, was a songwriter and guitar player and singer.
Survivors include his wife, Kathy; his parents, Ruben and JoAnn Liner; siblings, Robert, Christopher and Elizabeth Liner; stepchildren, Jay and Chanel Stanphill, Heather Fulton-Burrows; grandchildren, Gracie and Griffin Fulton.
A memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Beard's Funeral Chapel in Fayetteville, online at beardsfuneralchapel.com.
