Mrs. Martha Wooten Frisby, 84, of Rt. 5, El Dorado, died in a local hospital Sunday morning. Mrs. Frisby was born March 9, 1881 in Georgia and was the daughter of W. P. and Temple Parks Wooten. She was a member of the Green Grove Assembly of God Church. Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Myrtis Smart of Rt. 5, El Dorado; a son, Jesse Frisby of El Dorado; a sister, Mrs. S. J. Garner of El Dorado; a brother, Charlie Wooten of Annison, Ga.; five grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. Funeral services were held at 2:30 p.m. Monday at the Green Grove Church with the Rev. S. U. Stratton and the Rev. Zeke Frisby officiating. Burial followed in the Green Grove Cemetery under direction of Pratt Funeral Home. Pallbearers were Louis Risby, Dwayne Frisby, Sam Wooten, Vernon Ables, Bobby Gene Overstreet and Jewell Overstreet. The body was carried to the Frisby home Sunday afternoon.
