{edited} Oliver W. Holland, son of W.H. and Octavia Holland, was born in Benton Co., Ark. Dec. 20, 1880, converted Nov. 9, 1896 and joined the Methodist Episcopal Church, South at Thornsberry the 22nd day of the same month. He was baptised in infancy and brought up amid the wholesome influences of a Christian home. After an illness of six or seven weeks with typhoid fever, amid all the glory and promise of a Christian young manhood, we are quite sure he went to rest. John W. Head.
