SPRINGDALE — Kyler James Thompson was born and died Aug. 7, 2004, at Willow Creek in Johnson. He was the son of Jeff and Kaysha Phillips Thompson.

Survivors include his father and mother; one sister, Kourtney Thompson of the home; paternal grandmother Patricia Thompson of Springdale; maternal grandparents, Jim and Kay Phillips of Springdale; paternal great-grandfather, Ralph Jaro of Springdale.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Home in Springdale with the Rev. Judy Van Hoose officiating. Burial will be in Friendship Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will he Steve Thompson and Kenton Phillips.
