HOMAN, Mrs. E.W. - Mrs. E.W. Homan died on last Thursday morning at 10 o'clock just an hour after we had gone to press. The funeral services were held on Friday morning at 10 o'clock at the Baptist church and were conducted by Rev. Voyles. The remains were laid to rest in the city cemetery. Mrs. Homan come here several years ago with her husband and two daughters from Des Moines. She has been in poor health for several years and her death was not unexpected. She was a member of the Baptist church. She passed through much suffering but was always uncomplaining and cheerful. Her death came quietly and peacefully. If recovery had been possible her friends would have wished her life to have been prolonged. But there was no hope and death alone could give her relief. The bereaved husband and the motherless daughters have the heartfelt sympathy of the entire community.
