Thelma Lucille Clark was b. Feb. 4, 1917 Pettigrew, Madison Co, AR, d. Nov. 6, 1944 Kansas City, MO when she was struck by a car after stepping off a city bus. She had bought a house in Kansas City and her mother and siblings had come to live with her. Thelma was to marry but he died before she did. Sadly her mother and siblings returned to Arkansas and her mother never got over the loss of Thelma. A gray granite tombstone marks her burial place.
